Refer to maps in the app or at the info center for things to do. Suggestions:
- eat fudge (which do you like best)?
- hike
- visit the sites - Sugar Loaf, Arch Rock, the old fort, old cemetery, and more!
- rent bikes and circle the island
- visit the Fort and related sites
LUNCH – You will provide your own lunch and will eat at your leisure while on the Island.
• DOWNTOWN PROGRAM - Mackinac Island has been a focal point of history, great shops and tourist adventures for over two hundred years. Become a “tourist” and visit the great downtown shops and get some of the world’s best fudge!
• FORT PROGRAMS - Please enter only at the South Sally Port for an exciting tour of Fort Mackinac. Enjoy the sights and sounds of old Fort Mackinac and Fort Holmes.
• ISLAND VISIT - Mackinac Island has many historical and natural sites that are open for you to explore. Take a walk back in time and explore the island.
• GRAND HOTEL PORCH WALK – walk across the magnificent front porch of The Grand Hotel and take in the wonderful views. Scheduled by color group
• BE SURE TO ARRIVE AT MARQUETTE PARK BY THE STATUE AT YOUR COLOR GROUPS SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME!
