Operation Rendezvous Adult Attendees
Visitor Pass Update
Camp Grayling has informed us that, due to the high volume of visitor pass requests, it will no longer issue visitor passes for Operation Rendezvous. If you or a member of your unit has not yet received a visitor pass, please do not contact Camp Grayling regarding the request.
When entering the base, security personnel will require all participants aged 18 and older to present a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID. Security staff will verify each adult's identity against the names of participants registered in the event registration system. Please allow extra time for arrival, as these additional security checks may cause delays at the gate.
Weather Reminder
Operation Rendezvous will take place rain or shine. Please remind Scouts and parents to come prepared for the weather and bring appropriate clothing and gear. Many event activities will be conducted under cover. In severe weather, participants will move to the barracks for safety.
