On-Site Registation Process

• Before you arrive, each adult must submit an online registration to gain access to Camp Grayling.
• Everyone will first check in at the Camp Grayling main gate at 4 Howe Rd, Grayling, MI.
• You will then check in with Operation Rendezvous staff for directions to your barracks.
• You will proceed to your assigned barracks and park outside.
• Registration team members will be at the barracks to direct you to your specific building and floor.

Registration Information Packet:
Will include a name tag for each participant, Participant Patches, Map Pocket Guides, and final information for unit leaders. All unit leaders must submit a completed Rendezvous Unit Roster through the online registration system.

Identification

We will identify all Rendezvous 2026 participants and staff with a name tag.  Every participant, youth and adult, MUST always wear the Rendezvous 2026 name tag. Participants‘ and staff name tags can be picked up Friday night or Saturday morning at the main registration sites.

Name tags will indicate your meal shift and whether you have dietary needs.
